I've been using this for over 4 months and decided to post a review. This is a nice light fragrance-free cream. I use it on my hands, elbows, neck and chest. I also use it on my nose forehead and chin even though it says not to use it on your face. It has made a real difference to the skin texture of my hands and reduced callus on my elbows.
