Apply several times a day as required.
How It Works
Your lips (and eyelids) do not have sebaceous glands producing sebum to moisturise the skin - this is why they can get dry. So, they need an external source of moisture which does not clog the pores.
Hints and Tips
Apply before steaming your face or treating yourself to a sauna, to protect your lips.
A similar lip care product (with Sun Protection Factor 3) is also available in a stick form.
The lipsticks also care for the lips.

I've been using Dr. H's Lip Balm for a while now, and I've always been curious about how the Lip Care Stick compares to it. Here's my analysis:

Lip Balm: Smooth, Vaseline-like consistency. Feels very moisturizing on my lips. Rubs off easily, especially at night (when it loves to pick up cat hair). Nice shine -- makes a nice lip gloss and mixes well with lipstick. Comes in a small jar, difficult to extract and more easily contaminated.

:D Because of my born dry lips, I cannot live without lip balms for just one minute. I tried many of them and Prada shielding lip balm is the best. However, it is too expensive. While Dr.Hauschka lip balm is far less expensive and also outstanding in quality. I feel my lips really absorbing instead of wearing a layer of oil (my lips do not absorb any other brands of lip balms such as the Body

I got a free sample of this wonderful lip balm when i re-order my Night Rythmic Ampoules. And is has since became my favorite lip balm! It's very soothing, doesn't have much fragrance (which i fear) and it's leaving my lips soooooo soft. thumbs up!
