Useage

Apply a layer of the scrub to damp skin with a circular scrubbing motion. If desired, use a body brush to increase the scrubbing effects and to increase stimulation. Rinse off completely. For a body treatment, follow with a Blueberry Soy Body Wrap and a Blueberry Massage Souffle

No, it is not greasy to me. I should have said it appears greasy and white when first applied, then dries matte in a flash. I am still getting a tacky feel when I touch
