For those of you taking Zinc, how much do you take daily?

I take 30 mg of opti-zinc twice a day.

For those of you who are taking this product, do you do so primarily for acne reasons? Does anyone take it to help control oily skin? I don't have a lot of break outs, but my skin is still incredibly oily and am just wondering if it would be helpful? Any thoughts???
