On the jar, it says you apply this waxy cream once or twice daily over polish or natural and artificial nails to hydrate and condition them.
I love French manicure look as much as Summertimegirl does, but nail polish doesn't last long on my nails and always makes my nails turn yellow, so most of the time I leave my nails...natural and keep them clean and just long enough to show off the white tips.
This special cream not only smoothens my cuticles but also whitens my white tips and give my nails a clean and healthy pinkish hue.
It's the last step in my skin care routine at night before I go to bed. I just rub it on every single nail and use my thumb to polish the nails and massage the skin around them. It takes me only 2 mins to do my nails and with just a little bit of this cream. A bottle of .5 fl. oz. will last a long time...

Hello Leila,
You are so cute-- Thank you for this wonderful review on the MDF Nail & Cuticle Complex, you take such good care of yourself!  It's true that we sometimes forget our poor hands and fingers, not to mention our feet when we lavish all the attention on our skin don't we?! I never used to pay much attention to my hands until someone told me that your hands are an indication of how organised or neat you are.... ! Well whenever I chip my polish I always remove it altogether now! hehe! I think you have to be kind to your hands/ nails too-- besides your neck, they're the first things to show signs of ageing, so I always moisturise and put SPF on them too.
If your nails turn yellow, a really good way of whitening your nails naturally if you happen to be in the kitchen, is to dig your hands into half a lemon, cut widthways-- a tip I picked up from my Grandma. (Besides that, I know lemons are a really good way of getting rid of that horrible fishy odour from your fingers when peeling uncooked prawns!! )
I think when it's time for my next order, I'm going to get this nice little treat Leila, and adopt your 'good habits' of ending off my skin care routine at night with a bit of nail care. This product would be keeping your nails nice, clean and healthy and strong!! Do you massage some onto your toes as well? BTW, when I go get my "Frenchies" done, I get a French manicure for my feet for my as well, have to be fair. I don't know why but they seem to last longer than a normal polish and look so much nicer.

....While we're on the topic of nails, I also wanted to share a tip my nail artist told me-- to make your nails strong, tap them on a hard surface....Now don't do this when you're having dinner with your man, as he might take this as 'impatience'...
