Here's my review of these products I bought from The Shopping Channel. I was all excited when I received my package containing the four step skin care system (this includes a creamy cleanser, toner, moisturizer and alpha hydroxy exfoliating treatment). When I unwrapped the jar/bottles from the bubble wrap I discovered that the cleanser had leaked. The products are contained in either a glass jar or bottle so I was worried that the cleanser jar had cracked. Well there were no cracks but the bottle has the worse packaging I've ever seen. The pump for the bottle did not even fit properly! At first I thought it was a mistake and I got a bad batch but when checked the website on the shopping channel I zoomed into the product, the top did in fact not fit the bottle properly. This made me wonder about the possibility of contamination to the cleanser and creams since the natural ingredient list did not seem to include any (natural) preservative. I was hesitant to try the cleanser but went on to try the toner and cream.

In general the toner looks like water with a slight herbal(?) smell and did nothing for me when I spritzed it on my face. I could've been spraying water on myself and wouldn't have been able to tell the difference besides a faint smell.

The cream had a different story. I was so excited to try it and when I did it made my face itch. I gave it a second try but still the same result.. and I also turned a bit red/blotchy. I should also point out that there was 'stuff' cream reminants (?) dried up on the outside of the bottle of moisturizer. I'll never know if the ingredients were irritating my skin or some type of contamination. Confused

Overall this product line did not work for me and I'm glad The Shopping Channel has a 30 day return policy, otherwise I would have been hesitant to spend over $149 on this. In general my skin is very sensitive and acne prone so perhaps it will work out for others. Even if it did work for me I would still be concerned about the poor packaging and risk of contamination, especially when it comes to natural products.

wow! yes I notice that the cap do not fit, me too I received the AHA and it leaked, half ot was gone, when I email the company, they send me another one. no change to my skin yet, I'm on my second kit??? should I see a difference now??? I like the moisturizer, it sinks into the skin, do not leave a residue. not sure if I will continue on this one, it's a bit expensive for me.

thanks for the reviews!!

I was seriously considering ordering this line the next time that Camille was on TSC (I think she said August). I am now hesitant because of the comments regarding packaging, leaking, etc. When I look at the product picture posted on TSC, I too can see that the pump doesn't fit the cleanser bottle properly. I have emailed Camille (the owner of the company) and will post her reply.

I have received a response. It sounds like they are having a temporary problem with the pumps and bottles. Evidently, TSC has replacement caps. I think that I will wait for Camille to be back on TSC and then try this line out.

I do not believe that cosmetics require waxes, silicones, emulsifiers, parabens, fragrance, chemicals, etc. I believe that in many cases these ingredients are used because they are a cheap and quick solution. At this point, I do not doubt the ingredient lists on the Natural Image Care products.

I have recently tried several of the Elysee products (from TSC). I ended up sending it all back. Not only did everything make my skin react (itchy, red, rashy, breakouts, etc.) but they were full of chemicals and dyes. chelsie - I am interested to know which Elysee products you are using and what you think of them.

I'm using foutain of youth, pyncogenol, and youthspan serum coctail together, yeve cream and the organic moisturizer in the morning.

At night I'm using bioaccel-sb coctail with collaboost serum, eye cream and then a youthspan night cream.

I still use the organic cleaner and toner, I really like it, but with the other response it seems like they are not that effective.

so I will mix and match for a while and see what happens........

my face feels good, but no changes yet.

I bought the Natural Image Care by Camille from The Shopping Channel a month ago. I love it. I did not have any of the above mentioned problems. I have emailed Camille several times and she has been most helpful. My skin is improving all the time. The longer you use this, the better you look. I use the mask longer than it says on the bottle, but only after confering with Camille and slowly working my way up to more time. I would recommend this line absolutely. While it may seem expensive, if you price out Olay Regenerist (cleanser, toner, eye cream, day cream and night cream) you'll find it costs more.

I was considering re-visiting this line as well Chelsea but $189.00???!!! Its a lot of money for something organic. I will wait until tsc comes out with a better deal. Its been a year since shes been on and I GUESS it must be popular since they haven't even lowered the price. In fact they have gone up!
