for acne prone skin:
1.grind equivalent green bean, coix seed, green tea into powders, take some and mix with milk, yoghurt, egg-white and water, leave this mask on your face for 30 minutes, then rinse off.

2.use fresh potato chips to cover new breakouts and red pimples, when chips get warmer, change new ones.

3.use natural honey as a cleanser or either a mask will greatly help treat acne prone.

for spot skin:
equivalent grind powder of coix seed, apricot kernel, poria cocos, take some and mix with milk or yogurt (mix egg-white and water for oily skin, and honey for dry skin), mask onto face for 30 minutes then rinse off. if not sensitive skin, can add red wine into it and more effective.

thank you for the tips! they sound wonderful!

i've used a plain yogurt mask, and honey as a cleanser. they were wonderful. the honey took some extra time rinsing.

next spa day, i'll try the whole body yogurt mask or that green tea mask with milk or yogurt. sounds interesting. i heard that someone was using fine green tea powder as a mask. hmmm i think that would be wonderful for the face and whole body, right after dry brushing.

fab! have a new spa treatment to try out this weekend! Very Happy thanks again!

Are you sure they can be absorbed by skin? Said to know, have not been before, these are large molecules of food nutrients, simply can not be absorbed by skin. You get the feel of just immediate.
