My skin is very fair and tends to get irritated and dry very easily
Morning
1. Clinderm cleanser or just water, depending on whether I put Aquaphor at night or not
2. Glycolic acid 8-10% every other day (or even more sparsely if my skin is irritated)
2. Hydroquinone 4% (this will go on till some of the few remaining sun spots disappear, then I will stop)
3. Sunscreen (Anthelios XL)
Night
1. Clinderm cleanser
2. Retina-A + hydroquinone 4%
3. Lipikar or Cerave or Epiceram (depending on what samples I can get my hands on)
4. Aquaphor to irritated patches |

I believe a lot of my regimen is internally-based. I drink at least 2 liters of water a day, a glass of green tea morning and night, and take hemp seed oil daily.
I sound like a Pai commercial, don't I? I'd push these products down anyone's throat, though. |

Thought I'd bump this thread up:
Morning:
PSF Green Tea Cleanser or just rinse with water
Witch Hazel as toner
Dr Organic Royal Jelly night cream (apply just a bit into the wet toner)
Thinkbaby Safe Sunscreen SPF50+ as sunblock
Evening:
PSF Green Tea Cleanser with microfiber cloth
Witch Hazel as toner
Dr Organic Royal Jelly night cream - I apply a ton of this - slather it all over my face
Also I'm putting reviva labs 5% glycolic acid cream on an ingrown hair patch under my chin. I skip the night cream on that part of my face.
Once a week: Skin Laboratory 40% Lactic Acid Peel (I just started this last week - will continue for three weeks).
I have dry skin, but am prone to clogged pores especially on my forehead and nose; my skin is looking quite good on this regimen. I also have some minor issues with hyper-pigmentation due to ingrown hairs. I'm hoping the lactic acid peels will address this.
Future plans:
I'm going to change up the witch hazel with the PSF toners (I alternate all three) -- I've just run out of them so substituting witch hazel for now. I bought the Dr Organic cream in Kenya and I'm now back in Canada, so I'll change it up for something else when it runs out. Any recs for a nice moisturizing cream would be great. |

* Do not cleanse, just splash
* Rainwater Botanicals Toner (I add in lactic acid to make a semi-DIY exfoliant)
* Moisturizer (either GOW Meow lotion or I am trying out Stemutone... )
* Glorybe Herbals Vegan eye balm
PM:
* Cleanse with Rhassoul clay
* Either Osmosis Correct (vit A) or CP Skin Signals Cream
* Moisturizer and/or oils (Glorybe Herbals Neroil Face Cream or Avocado Oil, Skin Actives Antioxidant Booster)
Looking to add in Grateful Body serums and the new Coral Sea Kelp Bioferment from Skinactives soon. |

Evening: Neutrogena deep clean cleanser... Tretinoin every other nite.......Napca spray....Cerave PM....Emu oil...Ageless exercises every other nite |

Cleanse with: Sothys Desacreme or Ahava Mud exfoliator.
Tone with: Sothys lotions
Peel with: Skinn aha peel or Anna Lotan revitalizing aha lotion
Moisturise with: AM Anna Lotan 30+ Daily Moisturiser with Anna Lotan BB cream spf 36+
PM Anna Lotan Liquid Gold replentishing supplement oil.
will begin a nightly Retin A program very soon to address the ageing a bit more.
I have noticed that most people on this forum have a very extensive routine, Mine seems so simple in comparision!  & I am A Beauty Therapist |

I mask every other or 2 days and I vary them, exfoliating, detox, hydrating and cooling calming ones.
AM: Clarisonic cleanse with Lifeline polishing gel,(Clareblend treatment, spritz with PSF O2 serum, vitamin C (let absorb for 15 min), Cellular skin antioxidant serum, Lifeline day cream, lifeline eye cream.
PM: Cellular skin oil cleanser, IS clinical active serum, cellular skin antioxidant serum, (baby quasar treatment) PSF retinol serum, lifeline night cream, lifeline eye cream.
Tripollar Stop treatments 2-3 times per week.
Don't think I missed anything?? |
