This video shows the glowing effect of eating only oranges.She squeezes during the fast 12-18 oranges.
Her skin looks amazing.Really like reflecting light.At day 55.
Note that her b12 levels are in normal range but at the low side even if she doesnt eat meat which suggest the b12 stuff and the necessity of meat is completely fraud.

I know her looks are not the best but her skin is amazing.
I see the orange trees now full of oranges and i love how it looks like they are the trees of garden of eden.For me oranges worth more than gold. |

The need for B12 is not a fraud, but you don't have to eat meat to get it. Don't peel your organic carrots/potatoes/turnips/whatever root veggie you like, simply rinse and enjoy.
You can also get it from nutritional yeast.
Agree with you on the orange juice fast - I think I'll do one soon. I had a bad week - ate a lot of crap and SMOKED(!!!) so my body needs it bad. |

Yup which proves that the more natural you eat you get al the stuff from plant food.
I remember doing a 1.5 days orange juice fast and i could feel the lymph moving at my face.
Far better that the other techniques that force the blood to the face(dry brushing,serums,derma roller). |
