I have a dermapen at home.
Let's assume that for arguments sake, i also have legit pharmaceutical Human Grade 191aa lyophilized Sterile Human Growth Hormone.
Here's my idea:
- Begin by adding 2mls of bacteriostatic water to a vial containing 10 IU's of the freeze-dried HGH. I would then perform a dermapen (microneedling) procedure to myself. Typically i apply a Hyaluronic Acid Serum to the face, and i would simply also apply the HGH to the skin before needling.
Has anyone tried this, or heard of it being tried. Any input or thoughts as to whether this might be effective at increasing collagen synthesis directly on the face much more effectively?
Thanks for any and all thoughts and critiques. |

This is just disgusting on so many levels, and I hope the MODERATORS will delete it ASAP.
For those who might have their curiosity peaked by this idea, please do a little research on "lipoatrophy".
It makes me sad and disheartened, to see the lengths some will go to, all in the name of vanity... |

Lol kassy. What are you talking about?
Please elaborate on several of the levels of disgustingness you're referring to. Have you heard the saying "a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing?"
Hgh has many anti-aging properties. If you're trying to insinuate hgh related "facial fat dents" that would take many years worth all put into one site. Are you not familiar with the science behind the vampire facial? |

Justin, here are my thoughts FWIW:
Setterfield has found that needling alone with longer than 0.5mm needles will trigger the skin's own production of the correct growth factors, cytokines and other chemicals. We only need to support the barrier with HA afterward immediately.
Then we are to apply *whatever* the following days. His current book, Concise Guide to Dermal Needling, Expanded Medical Edition goes into great detail. He also has an online needling course that I found interesting. http://www.needlingguide.com/online-course-1/ |

Its not insane at all! Consider all the useless and expensive products ppl buy for $400. At least needling works and I learned a lot. Its an investment. |

Most of those videos show you how to butcher the skin. Not roll it. |

The Setterfield online course is more than just him demonstrating the roller and the pen. << Thats just one unit of the 6 hour course. He goes into adjunctive devices and what ingredients to use when, what length needles to use for what condition and preparing the skin. He explains a lot of theory behind his protocols.
But if that isnt interesting to you then by all means, pass it up. Its geared more for practitioners but I found it interesting since I make products to be used with needles. And it goes into more info than his latest book has. |

Hi Fawnie
Is the 6hr course all downloadable, so you can keep referring to it? |

No its not downloadable. Its a password-protected course that expires after 30 days but I take copious notes (which, unfortunately, even I cant read now!) |
