Oooh thanks for that, Lizzie! My son works at GNC and I just asked him to bring me everything with beet root in it.... He said they sell beet root juice and that it's delicious.
So today I'm having a BAS (big ass salad for dinner, with beet root and all veggies. No sugar, and tons and tons of water. Like, at least a gallon. I will continue to take my gelatin and msm, too. |

Oh also are you guys going to exercise? I have a recumbent exercise bike and I'm going to do an hour a day on it, or walk an hour a day. Just to see if I can also lose these last 5 lbs while I'm doing this! |

Good to know! I just remembered that dandelion root does the same thing, and I have dandelion root tea. Very cleansing to the liver, which leads to nice skin. The last time I was drinking 2-3 cups a day, my husband commented on how nice my skin looked. It's really delicious. It's roasted and has a great smoky flavor. Very good iced! |

I got the beet root juice from gnc. I LOVE it! It smells so earthy and it's really yummy. I mix it with my gelatin to get more bang for my buck |

Yes, green smoothies, more protein, less sugar, more veg and fruit can really make a great difference on your skin and appearance. Eating the right foods is just as important as getting enough sleep for a gorgeous glow and healthy skin. Foods can work from the inside out or the outside in, helping you achieve a bright and healthy complexion. |

I found the warrior diet really works and reflects how we originally used to eat, you don't see many fat animals in the wild it is how our ancestors probably ate. I had a little weight to lose and it worked you do get used to eating the one meal initially I'd eat a couple of brazil nuts/ walnuts to get me through, I definantly have to start that up again it really worked for me. |

I once took Perricone's Skin Clear supplement to clear my pimples but it doesn't work. Now stopped taking any supplement. |
