Is this possible. I've read alot on here about bone massage but is it possible to change the shape of the nose through something similar? My nose is slightly curved to the side and i cant afford rhinoplasty.
Or is there any other ways of changing the nose? Thankyou |

I'm not sure but I think bone massage is more about maintaining and building up the density of your facial bone structure rather than reshaping it. I think if you want to change the shape of the bone in your nose you would probably need a rhinoplasty. I think some nose adjustments can also be made with filler and or botox but you would need to see a specialist regarding that.
If you look up nose shortener on youtube you will see some of the exercises used commonly for the nose, I am unsure how helpful they are though. |

Hmmm i did wonder. It was a long shot asking, i do wonder if it has an effect over time but i cant find anything on it on the internet.
As for the exercises i had looked at those before and some people were giving it bad feedback, too nervous to make my situation worse or/and cause wrinkles around the area too :/ |

There are a few discussions on here about the Nose-up/Nose Magic/Nose Huggies shaper which is a tool that "pinches" the nose; even makeup tips to make the nose look better.

Sorry for all the links, but hope it helps.
I used the Nose Up after rhinoplasty and I *think* it helps with healing (my own nose was originally slightly bent) but that's not quite the answer you're looking for!
As for massage and remodelling, I would have real doubts that would straighten the bone! You'd need surgery. Depending on your issues, maybe fillers could help. |
