Has anyone tried this? Basically, you rub oil into your scalp for 2 minutes, then hang your head upside down for 4 minutes. You do this for 1 week. You can do it once a month.
Supposedly it helps your hair grow faster... |

Interesting this one immacolata. I have been distributing a diy oil mix on my scalp the night before I will wash my hair and massaged this in vigorously. I have been doing this since about three months. I had previously noticed some hair loss at my temples.
I do make a handstand frequently and inversion positions in yoga, but not for hair growth reasons but because it is fun.
My scalp does not itch anymore, my hair is very healthy as as a result and I have not lost anymore hair at my temples. But it has not sprouted back wildly either..
I do think it is a good idea anyway to keep the scalp healthy, nourished and mobile. |
