I've had my Pico toner for well over a year and have found that consistant use is the ticket to lasting resuts.
When you have a special event I suggest using it for a few days in a row beforehand for 20 minutes per day to look your best. It's an overall winner. I also have a small microcurent device for when time is short and only allows for a quick pick-me-up. (3-5 minutes). It doesn't compare to the Pico for overall results.
Best of luck to all of you new Pico gals (or guys). You got a good deal. I paid full price and it was still worth it. My biggest tip is get that baby out of the box and use it!

Maybe I should do that as I have had mine for over a year and have yet to open the box. Embarassed

Hello, Been using the Pico Toner for a few weeks with probes on P1 and gloves on P2. Have some questions that I hope some other PT users can help me with:

1. Why does anyone use the glove inserts? I use a higher level on P2 with gloves and without inserts to work both the face and hands - is that incorrect?

2. Is there no product penetration if we use both probes (versus holding the negative black probe) on P1 and/or P2?

3. Does anyone have an index to the DVD that shows the times of the different sections?

Thanks in advance!

Denisel,
I don't know about the higher level for P2, but I do know that your right to leave out the glove inserts if you want to work your hands as well as your face. The inserts will stop the microcurrent from going through to your hands and will put more of the current into your face.

I just use P2 at 65-70 to do both hands and face. Can't figure out why anyone would use inserts and not do their hands as well.

Some of the energy of the micro current will get diverted to your hands. try it with the inserts once or twice just to see if you get even better results on your face.

That's why I set the level at 70 (instead of 35 if using inserts).

okay, now i get it. you are feeling the same effects on your face if you set it at 70 and don't use the inserts (so that your hands are also being micro currented). So you are figuring that 1/2 the current goes to your hands.

So how are your hands responding.

Why are you using the probes instead of the gloves on P1. I found the gloves worked really well in lifting my face but also irritated my skin. I am going to order the probes within a week or so.

What kind of results are you getting on your face.

I am realign sensitive to the current in the Pico, and a little wary of using it close to my head/eyes/brain area since it is uncomfortable even on a low setting. But it works very well for me on my cheek/jowl area

Too soon to tell as have only been using for a week.

I also find the gloves way too rough to use often. I am on tretinoin and my skin is always on the verge of peeling. The gloves are like microexfoliation.

I'll give the PT six months and evaluate the results then. It seems my skin looks better but maybe it's temporary from all the massaging with the PT. It is very time consuming and I wonder if it isn't better to have a professional microcurrent facial done once a month.

Plus, I find that the information how to best use the PT to target certain muscles is scanty at best. This is a device for home users so there should be more information. I can't find an index to the DVD play times and have repeatedly asked Neurotris.

I use the probes using the Caci movements - you can find it on Youtube.

Hi Rudmon,

Is it still available? I'm interested. Would you ship to US?
