Hi fitgneer! Carolyn here. I’m so sorry you feel that I did not give you the proper response to your email. Actually, I NEVER give standard responses. However, I do give out certain exercises and techniques for people to try that are “standard”, I suppose. It truly is the combination of exercises that gives the elegant build from using CFF. Please do send me a private email so I can look up the response you’re talking about and give it more attention so that you will have the best results possible. As for “old” photos? I think you must have misunderstood. The only photos I’ve sent out of myself are less that 8 months old. I attach them here for your perusal.

Today I've got the mail from CFF with the information about the annual sale (Free Worldwide Shipping till 12/13 and two discount codes on products pack and Skype lesson). I think I might be tempted and buy CFF programme despite my fear of high resistance excercises Confused

. I think that Carolyn looks stunning and I've read she's really helpful and answers e-mails really promptly. I also like before/afters on the site.
