How can you shorten the lower face and make the space between the nose and lip shorter? im interested in more of a narrow jaw and pouty lips but don't want to go under the knife . thank you

Go on youtube and search for Facerobics. She has a video on how to lift the philtrum muscle (little dent above the upper lip). It lifts the area to give you a pouty upper lip. I'm sure she has one for the jaw as well. I do flexeffect facial exercises, but I really like what I see with the Facerobics, and it's free.

This is one of the important muscles targeted in the Ageless Easy Ten. Lou talks about how Frenchwoman use it all the time when they speak!

Also the caninus, which lifts the mouth a little bit each side of the centre. I can honestly say this area has become noticeably shortened since I did the program. There's a lip program in the Hotspots boot camp book but I never used it because the Easy ten was enough for my face on its own Smile

I know many programs have exercises for that area, but I'm not so sure how much that space can be shortened if it hasn't slackened.

Its interesting Ballerina that comment. Whilst I can see French people use it in their speech but again I don't see technically if you can shorten the space if it hasn't started sagging etc already.
