I do have some before and after pictures and I've seriously considered posting them..
But one thing that's difficult is that...first of all: I did them for myself so they're natural light in my home and on the candid side..and secondly: the before's look so horrible to me I hate the thought of sharing them with anyone.
If I share it on the net they will always be there.
My pictures are pretty dramatic because I went 2-3 years of totally neglecting myself due to some personal crisis. But when I went into action the results were relatively quick and amazing.
I'm not done with myself, of course. Is anyone ever? But I'm convinced of the effectiveness of the tools I have used.
I started out using Retin_A, Vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid/peptides serum,AHA peels and added things like dermarolling and face exercises. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what did what. I think all these things work together.
I have since added microcurrent, red LED light and a dermastamp...and probably some minor things here and there. But I know the first results will always be the most dramatic..no matter what else i do.
As far as posting pics..? I don't know..Is anyone else game to show their before's? |
