Hydration not only for your body but for your skin. It's essential for your blood, organs, and muscles but it also hydrates your skin. If you're dehydrated you can have dull and flaky skin. It also helps to have clearer skin as well as not letting it get too dry. Of course you need a proper diet with it as well, does no good if you're hydrated but live off of carbs or fast food.

lots of water is required for body to keep skin healthy. It helps to throw out toxinds through urine. It also helps to lose weight because it keeps full for longer and hence we eat less than our hunger.

I don't remember where I read it, but someone once said something about drinking water doesn't necessarily mean you are hydrated. I can't remember the precise explanation but it was something like if you were dehydrated for a while and then reintroduced water, it took a while for the body to learn how to reuse water properly. Also on another forum one of the trainers said something about oils and water both being needed. I didn't give it much attention but thought it was interesting.

It flushes out the toxins from your body and also helps in keeping your skin healthy and glowing.

Some of the advantages of drinking water in the morning:

1. water helps to lose your weight (Exact manner in which water benefits lose weight: Increases workout efficiency, Builds up metabolism, Acts as a cleanser, Fights hunger).

2. Boosts the production of new muscle and blood cells.

3. Drinking water when stomach is empty, helps to purify the colon and makes it easier to absorb nutrients.

4. It removes the toxins from your blood, thus making your skin glow and give a clear look to it.

5. Balances lymph glands that play an important part in performing daily functions like fighting infection and balancing body fluids.

Exploring it with an in-depth analysis, everybody knows that our skin is an organ, and every organ consists of cells, cells are made up of water, therefore water is the one make these cells function properly. Least amount of water will lead you to dehydration and your skin will turn into dry and rough. An unfortunate fact is that water will reach to other organs before it reaches the skin, so in order to prevent wrinkles, dull and rough skin you should apply water to our skin and make it a routine because doing it optionally will not give you the desired results.

Sorry but this is incorrect and I seem to recall one of the pros saying this a little while ago when she was asked about water spritzers. The water on the skin surface doesn't penetrate deep down and often will evapourate and take additional water with it drying the skin out moreso.
