Wow, the results posted here sound so amazing. I bought a brush and did a bit of brushing, but with all the other things I do (Vit C, Vit A, needling, facial exercises and massage) it just dropped off the list.
Maybe I should get back into it. Will post results if I do. |

Yes please do! I actually haven't been brushing my face like I said I was going to do because I'm scared. I already use chem exfoliants on my face so I'm going to stick with that for a while. But I'm still brushing my body. So it's been almost two months now and still the only real difference I'm seeing is the ingrown hair bumps on the backs of my thighs are pretty much gone (or at least 85-90% reduced). I've read that some people have been able to reduce their brown spots with dry brushing, but I don't know how long they had to keep at it before they noticed the spots starting to fade. I will say that so far none of my bodily brown spots have faded (in fact I think I have more?). So I'm hoping this will eventually help. And if not, then I'll try body peels. |
