| Ok i have always had dark circles under my eyes, even when I was young. But lately i notice that upon waking, my eyes feel heavy like they dont want to open and about a half inch down from my eyes, i have swollen or puffy bags there. Not from my eye down, just at the end of the tear trough, right where the muscle is that you use when you do eye blink exercises, and it stays that way for a good while after waking. Is this just ageing (i am 36) or any thoughts? Thanks |

The swelling isn't right under the eye, like the eyelid, it's the tear trough, my husband has it too |

| My eyes used to be like that, then I had the fat pads removed which was a bad idea. I think they removed too much fat. Try drinking a few glasses of water before bed. Do you sleep well? Do you drink alcohol? My eyes will get puffy if I drink too much the night before. |

the whole face will puffy if drink water before bed |
