I use only Obagi toner 2x day, very light and it pH balance my skin. I do this after a cleansed face/skin....
As to your 2nd question, I use it because it is part of my Obagi kit lines. And I have been using this product for the last 8years now.
Never look back and will always recommend it to anyone looking to have a good, younger-looking, healthy skin.

I use a toner three times a day.
Morning and evening after using a cleanser.
Late afternoon to freshen up without a full cleanse on days that I don't wear makeup.
I go between Elemis Apricot toner, Orlane vivifying and La Roch Posay micellar water for sensitive skin.
