| I have nails that break easily and one has ridges. Any products that help nail strength and health? |

For supplements, take biotin at least 5,000 mcg daily
And try Nailtiques Nail Protein, Formula 2 - For Soft, Peeling, Bitten, Weak or Thin Nails. This product completely changed my nails to pliable and strong nails. |

| Thank you so much denisiel. I take 5mg biotin and yet my nails are a wreck. I have tried also nailtiques and never saw much of a difference, but I admit I was not that consistent. I wonder if it's hopeless! |

Vitry nail care treatment as a base...try that. I also put a collagen powder in my tea daily for 'inside' support.
That combo has improved my nails tremendously--and that's after years of gel nails leaving them brittle and damaged. |
