I'm in UK and it works on my dvd player - but not sure what Region 2 is. Hope that helps. You may want to email their customer service and ask that question directly?

Thank you, TheresaMary. If it works on your player it will work in my country as well, because the entire Europe (and Japan perhaps? Not sure) is Region 2 (the US is Region 1). Actually, I don't really know what these region codes are, but I know I can buy DVDs which are Region 2 or Region 0 only  . |

I haven't seen one but never really looked. I'm not a facebook person but think Claudia mentioned some time ago there was. I think their workshop is just quiet due to a lack of the trainers not being there any longer - it used to have Loli, Cathy, Shawn etc but they all seemed to have gone now.

Sorry my bad, I know another Shawn who spells it that way rather than Sean, and so apologise. I explained this to him though before.
It is still very quiet though on that forum.

Yes the workshop is still active, although there aren't many people posting there. There is one trainer who seems to overly command the forum and I suspect that is partly why people are scared to post.
Bad re email. Maybe its worthwhile sending Claudia a message. She was on the forum a while ago and is pretty good with sorting these things out.

So I don’t usually share posts, but got sent this and figured it worth sharing FlexEffect is now having a ‘Lenten Sale’ with over ½ off.
I have been open about my journey on EDS and the FlexEffect third edition is one of my prized possessions that has given me results. I am fully upfront in that I don’t do all the resistance exercises (as I don’t need them) but I have done facial exercises since my 50’s and I wouldn’t be without them.
Deb posted on the forum and had heart surgery which is why she has been so quiet. However she posted on their forum and seems back in action so hopefully we will hear more from her (thank goodness – will be a welcome change!).
Sounds like they are also working on a new product. She didn’t reveal much but has promised people who send in before and after photos that she will give you the next product free. No information at present but I’m hoping it will finally be a massage dvd that I can follow alongside to.
Figure 1/2 price saving is worth sharing with EDS members for obvious reasons. It was by far one of the best investments I ever made and I am still loving cross stretching and the bone stuff. |
