1. Always try to use the herbal cleansers to avoid skin dryness.

2. Always use a moisturizer at night for glowing skin.

3. Take a balanced diet to ensure wellness.

4. Take some yoga lessons to stay away from stress.

Along with exercise, meditation and power naps for my skin. I also started using a natural body scrub. The recipe is quiet simple and the fragrance is like a Christmas festive. All you need is 1/2 cup coarse brown sugar, one spoon of cinnamon powder, around a spoon of vanilla essence and olive/coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients and store this scrub in a mason jar. Use it once a week and you are ready to flaunt your glowing skin.

I am lazy. I often have simple skin care. Sometimes, I use almond oil. I try to do simple skin care because my skin is sensitive.

PS yes, I completely agree and use oils too. If you can't do anything else, apply a raw, organic oil (try to keep it as pure as possible, save up its worth it). One of my faves is Avocado Oil - so many nutrients it is considered to be an "active" ingredient.

Grapeseed oil is very light and is nutrient dense.

Note: skin that is not accustomed to oils may need to "detox" before final skin conditions will occur. "Like dissolves Like" Skin oils combine with dirt and accumulate. The "Oil Cleansing Method" will help dissolve oils on the skin and is said (I have experienced this) to promote elimination of blackheads. So, what I am thinking is that if you are new to using oil to hold moisture in the skin, there may be a detox period before your skin will glow and under normal conditions, over time, applying oil will make skin glow.

I have read that oil alone is not enough for long-term. Perhaps that is why an emulsion of oils with water is optimum = hand-crafted creams.
