| Eyes get puffy especially in the morning time and also got dark circles, thinking of laser treatment as eye creams doesn't proved as effective ,will laser treatment be effective? please help me |

Well not all creams are equal. How old are you and how long have you had this issue? There have been a few recent posts about dark circles, so you may find a wealth of info about them if you try the search function.

Would you be open to using a eye mask and see the results first before doing anything drastic?
Gernetic Eye Mask. It has a draining effect thanks to biological compounds derived from seaweed and artichoke extract.
