Hi

I am facing a lot of stress problems. stress that makes my body so weak. how many types of treatment were there to relieve stress? is this something that requires continual treatment?

make sure your sleep is restful! its difficult to go sleep if u are stressed and thinking of something for the next day and week.
learn to relax, enjoy some food, music, and don't think of work and stuff.

i like to watch comedy videos before sleeping

How old are you?

Stress is a constant in this world. We all go through it. There are many different things you can do, like yoga, meditation, even deep breathing helps to alleviate stress too. There are treatments you can undergo if it is medical or health related but its impossible to know based on the words you use above.
