Hi
I face some back spam issues frequently. because of this issue, I can't even play any outdoor games.i consult many doctors, but still, it continues to haunt me. can anyone suggest me any solution for this issue? |

What is your diet like and what about your posture? those two things alone are always something that can be tweaked to help anything. A doctor should be able to help and may need to do more test. How old are you and how long have you had this condition?

Do see a doctor, sometimes there are issues where forum cannot help as we are able to see the problems directly.
I have back issue in the past but it was minor. Took yoga for a year plus and my back improved a lot. |

I have been off the forum for a while and just noticed your post. I suffer from chronic lower back and pain and thought I'd offer you some of my advice.
I ordered an 'egg carton' mattress topper which was wonderful and like sleeping on a cloud. However, one week later I had to go to the ER with what I thought was a heart attack. (shooting pain up into my shoulders). They did $14K worth of tests and sent me home - I was still in pain, so I went to a back specialist. Same story - sciatica - take Tynenol. Of course, I started researching and found that one of the top reasons for lower back pain was a too soft sleeping surface. (I checked back and discovered that I had purchased the mattress topper one week prior to the original attack.)
I replaced the topper with a piece of 1/4" plywood and immediately noticed a difference. (I placed it under my regular mattress cover.) It took a few nights to get used to but made a real difference. I also put a sheet of plywood under the sofa cushion where I watch TV. Our mattress was old, so we bought a new Extra Firm one, which may not be an option, so the 1/4" plywood is a good substitute.
Some of the other things which helped a little are:
Turmeric - (it worked, but I broke out in a rash)
SAMe - worked pretty well
Tart Cherry juice
ACE back wrap - I got the full size one which helps more than anything. I think it keeps my spine in the correct position. I got mine at the Walmart.
Walking - daily for about 20 minutes
I hope something in this post will be helpful. Back pain is just so miserable.
