I just started exploring her stuff.. i dont see any posts about here program here but it seems she has a huge youtube following and has achieved great results through her exercises. i find the exercies easy and i can feel the effect. Many of them you can do anytime anywhere.

i also read her book, "Less is More" which has some good info on health/beauty drawn from Japanese wisdom.

Curious if anyone here has tried her exercises and your experience? Thanks.

It's funny but you learn different ways from everyone.. Ageless says it's important to give face a rest.. but Koko and others dont mention taking any days off.

Thanks for this. I haven't heard of her, but see she was used on a Kardashian so that probably is a good indicator.

For me some of her exercises make the face look plain silly. Take a look at this link: https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/wellness/g26828923/face-yoga-exercises/

Also the website with the befores/afters are a little bit too much for me: https://kokofaceyoga.com/beforeafter
The lighting, angles, hair and makeup in the afters is all laughable. The expressions in the before are exagerated, look at the guy in the after shot he looks better but he is an an angle, making a less extreme expression. The 2nd woman looks better but less stressed. If you took a photo of me when I first get up in the morning I look like that, but after I've had my tea and breakfast and washed I look like a different person.

When I look at her exercises, I can see you do them all the time but that is also because you aren't engaging the muscles against resistance - just making a silly face expression. However - there's no denying if it works - keep doing it.
