i would stay away from chocolate and other sweets for that matter (my skin is also very sensitive to these and i can breakout easily).

Do you use anything to kill the bacteria in your skin? I find that occasional use of tea tree oil over blemishes will help them heal faster. Using new products can also cause a type of irritant acne rather like folliculitis. Just so you know, chocolate does not cause acne. Bacteria will or an inflammatory response to a chemical or allergen. If you are allegic to chocolate this may be a possibility. Shock That white stuff in the pore that keeps building up?-- white blood cells. They have gathered up and valiantly tried to destroy the bacteria. They will eventually be reabsorbed, but if you pick and they burst all over to other pores, you will get more acne from the bacteria that they were attached to. If they do burst, swab on neosporin or another antibiotic ointment. Or my favorite tea tree oil Very Happy
