DVD? Huh, I didn't get that... But let me ask this: how far back towards the middle of the pillow does your ear rest? I always try to position my ear as close to the edge of the crescent as possible so that the majority of my cheek is "elevated". Of course that doesn't work for me because my face just ends up falling inwards...  |
My ear is probably an inch or an inch and a half from the edge of the crescent. I just watched the DVD (which you may want to request) and she mentioned that some people push their bottom pillow up which causes sleep lines. I have a tendency to do that because I push my hand under the lower pillow. |
