A lot of programs do, but I think to some extent it depends how much skin we're talking here as to what they can do. I hate jowls and always had a problem with them, and know Eva Fraser has a good exercise as does Flex Effect, but there's a freebie one by Lea Eigard that I do that hits that area. Its called chin up but does the whole jawline: http://www.theeigardmethod.com/exercises_beg_chinup.htm

I think the thing with jowls is that the can be caused by so many things, so there is always the old advice to work all the muscles in the face. I didn't get on with Facercise at all, too much woo woo for me, visualise face slimming and widening, well if these exercises worked where the proof. Likewise with Nose Shortener, never seen any proof!

I don't know why, but that woman's eyes scare me, especially in that third picture. Maybe she has too much eye makeup on or they're sunken in, but it's sort of freaky. She does have the most beautiful cheeks, though. That's what I'm aiming for with Ageless.

Jowls are one of my main concerns also. I own Carol Maggio, LouLou and a bunch of others Embarassed

I bought this book just before Christmas and started doing the exercises at least 5 days a week for a couple of months. I noticed a big difference in the drooping of the corners of my mouth.

After doing the program for 3 months I really started to actually "feel" the muscles you were trying to work. Initially the movements are awkward and you really are not sure if you are doing them correctly but eventually you do start to feel that you are doing it right. The best advice I can give for the this program is to really read the instructions. I would re-read every month and sure enough I would notice a very small thing I wasn't doing quite right.

I now try to do the program 3-4 times a week and I have maintained the gains I have made.

I developed jowls at an early age. In my very early 40's. I am now 57, and my jowls have not worsened in the past sixteen years. There is a droop, but the skin is tight.....

What I do is lean my head back as far as it will comfortably go. Then I let my mouth fall open. Next I thrust my jaw forward and lift it toward the ceiling.

My mouth does not completely close during this exercise because my bottom jaw is thrust forward.

I repeat this ten times, relax my jaw and repeat the ten times for a total of fifty jaw lifts.

I can really feel the neck muscles working; my neck tightens and the jowl area tightens too.
