I just ordered POSE on Ebay for $490 - which included free shipping!!! I had googled POSE & nothing came up, then googled Tripolar & her site came up, only with STOP. She communicated with me & let me know that she'd have POSE that day & as soon as it went on the site - I grabbed it! This is my Mother's Day gift to me!!!!

Just received word that it is on it's way from Israel! Very prompt service from this ebay seller-who also sells STOP for the face - must resist, must resist, must resist!

Well, I know it encourages collagen growth and skin tightening, cahoot, both of which are good for general skin repair including stretch marks. But I dont think it is anywhere near as interventional as dermarolling for that issue. |

Thanks catski!
I tried dermarolling for my stretch marks but it left my tummy itchy and red, that was a few months back, maybe I should try again. I also ordered Oligo.dx from EDS to see whether that will help. I hate these stretch marks to death! |

cahoot. the itchy and the red! I know those two very well from rolling my own sm's.. that is the inflammation which triggers collagen production and it is an inevitable part of the process. |

vesuvio1402 is Dina's Ebay webstore address. I have emailed her the link to this forum thread & hopefully she'll be able to communicate with anyone interested. You can also find her by searching on Ebay for Tripollar .
I'm pretty sure she has one POSE remaining.
Good luck!

Hi, I have been lurking on EDS for a while and finally decided to post.
I have started dermarolling and using ZO (although I may switch to Obagi NuDerm based on the posts)and downloaded Ageless. I also decided to buy the body pose.
I located a French website that sells the body pose and wanted to let you know about them in case you no longer can find a source on ebay. The cost of the body pose with a 3 day shipping was ~$500 (depending on the exchange rate for that day). Although I chose 3 day shipping it took 10 days to arrive. This includes processing the order and the package being cleared at US customs. There was an additional $20.75 charge for clearing customs. The site is leguidesante.
Looking forward to posting my results.

I can't help but wonder if anybody was tempted to try this on their face? I ask because isn't even still less powerful than the salon 'face' RF device?
C'mon now, you know it crossed your mind.. |

Kassy - it is a good question. Pose is MUCH more powerful then Stop. Even low Pose setting is WAY stronger then high Stop setting. It gets HOT. I tried Pose low setting on under chin area, and could tolerate the heat in short intervals only. Since Pose is larger and more powerful then Stop is takes practically no time to treat such small areas.
I would not recommend everybody to start using Pose for face, but those who want to venture into it need to proceed with caution. I would say that for body Pose is comparable to salon RF treatments on a lower side of a scale, and for face it is more then enough. |

mpstat, do you see any quantifiable results from using POSE? Like circumference reduction?
Please, anybody using it, give some details please, I'm still on the fence... |

I encouraged Dina to visit these forums & to register to be able to post - I was so happy with her customer service & prices & general information about POSE - that I thought sharing her info with all of you directly would be a happy ending for all of us!
And I'm the one who told Dina this is my Happy Mother's Day gift to me!

Bananas666 - I have not used Pose that much yet to provide a feedback, maybe other users can chime in. |

I would loved to know what this has done for the people that have it. Would they recommend this and why? |

After speaking to the technical specialists at Ultragen Ltd, I asked the same question.
You should NEVER use Pose on your face - Pose works by deep heating tissue and fat cells to reduce them and in parallel tighten the collagen structure. STOP works but very gently heating tissue, with a very controlled frequency/wave depth, without every burning FAT, even if you have the STOP on low or high you will get the same effect. With POSE you will get a better result on High/Med than Low as this setting controls the temp. But always start on Low with Pose and slowly build up.
Never use POSE on your face!

that makes sense. The real spa RF machine treatment "zap" is a searing burn, but the time involved is micro miniscule and controlled exactly by the expensive computer that runs the machine.
The burn starts and is finished before you can complete the thought, "whew! that's hot."
RF doesn't hit every single inch of skin, either. the head is controlled by its size and the operator to leave untouched patches between burns. I forgot why - something to do with healing or scarring. When the treatment is finished I have an impressive pattern of welts that makes my skin look quilted. |

The right settings and technique are definitely a must for RF face treatments. Stop automatically takes care of those nuances with shut off mechanism build into the device. Stop is configured for face, while Pose is configured for body. Pose also has automatic shut off but it is specific for the body body. |

Chinachatters I just had a quick look through this thread to see if you'd said anything in it about doing spa RF treatments and couldn't see anything.
So I'm wondering which areas you're getting the treatments done on and the results so far???
Thanks. |

Toby - in a nutshell - POSE does exactly says on the box.
My stubborn little areas I wanted to burn fat from and firm are now done - I have gone down to maintenance.
Worth every penny!

Cripes Almighty! I can't even believe I'm lemming this thing after my STOP fiasco..
But I am, especially for the disgusting stuff going on in the upper arm area..
So what's the verdict for those loose, flabby arms, Yay or Nay????
Happy Mother's Day one and all! |
