How often do you exfoliate your face???
What product do you use?? |

| I guess everyday since I use those "rough" gloves to wash my face. I also add CSRx Polishing grains to my Neutrogena Pore Refining cleanser to make it more of an exfoliant. Maybe once every few weeks I use a papaya enzyme peel (alba botanical)to get rid of more dead skin....I also alternate my Retin-A each night with Age Limit AHA serum so I guess I'm pretty much physically and/or chemically exfoliating every day. I think with the Retin-a, if I did not, I would get pretty flaky. |

| I use Dr Hauschka cleansing creme for gentle exfoliation. It's great!! |

| I think we're all exfoliating to death! My preference is a BHA by Paulas Choice. I do have the Epidermix but find it too scratchy. Damaging the collagen causes loss of support of the skin and I don't need any more sagging than what I have already. |

I exfoliate in some way every day. Sometimes it is chemical and sometimes manual because I like to switch around with various products, high end and drugstore.

| I use Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream every day and once a week I will exfoliate with Neal's Yard Honey and Orange Scrub. |

I use Aveda's Tourmaline Charged Radiance Fluid 2x a day after cleansing and before moisturizing. It's very gentle on my sensitive skin and keeps the dead skin from building up.
I also use their Tourmaline Charged Radiance Masque once a week. It's like a super gentle microdermabrasion. I just put it all over my face for 7 min. and wipe away with a warm wash cloth. It always makes my skin look better. |

Pauls's Choice BHA 2% Liquid, and occasionally Paula's Choice 8 % AHA (the BHA is less harsh to me, AHA can give me flakies).
My skin looks amazing. I've tried all of the other "scrubs" out there. I don't even use a regular wash cloth anymore, because I feel it's too abrasive. Instead, I purchased satin fabric at a local fabric store which is extremely smooth on my face. I cut the fabric into squares, I use it once and then throw it directly into my washing machine, and my skin has NEVER looked better! IMO too much scrubbing cannot be good for your skin. The Paula's Choice has enabled me to exfoliate without scrubbing. |

i use dr h cleansing cream and a vitamin c serum daily and dermalogica's microfoliant once a week. my skin has never been better!

i exfoliate my face everyday sometimes i skip a day.
I use clarins one step exfoliating cleanser.
I use it once a day.
when i wash my face at night I use clarins gentle foaming cleanser. I also recently started using a product called Royal Botanica purifying face wash with nano clusters, all natural. very good i actually really like it. |

| I exfoliate nightly with the SkinCeuticals Intense Line Defense Serum (12% AHA) and I use Epidermx 2 times a week. |

I use a chemical exfoliant daily (Jan Marini Bioglycolic lotion), and use Retin A every other night.
I use a microderm product (usually Epidermx) occasionally if my skin is looking dull.
