What is the best toner to help fade acne scars? I would like for it be one that I can make at home.

What is Ylang Ylang essential oil (or any other essential oil of your choice) and where do I buy it?
Is there another that may work also? |

| You could try using Tea Tree Oil, too or Lemon Essential Oil. As for purchasing essential oils, if you're just looking to get one bottle, you can get it at Whole Foods(or Trader Joes--that's where I found my Tea Tree Oil). |
