Rather than emailing or PMing, I thought I would post this question in the open forum as others might benefit from the information.
Yesterday my dad had a skin graft done on his nose (yes, whole nose) ... at 77 there were just SO many skin cancers that kept popping up the docs said this was the best thing to do (my mother - also 77 - had the same thing done a year or two ago)
Today I had a brain wave, being 77 and a bloke, my dad is just hopeless about using any kind of cream (even sunscreen, hence the cancers). But I was thinking of sending him a bottle of the O2 serum because:
(1) how dead easy is it to use, huh? just spray and pat
(2) your site mentioned oxygen has been used for keeping skin "alive" for grafting and I figured it might be good for the healing process.
So my two questions (which I know might go beyond even your knowledge):
1. Do you think it would be useful/OK to use after a skin graft?
2. How soon after would you think he could start using it? (Stitches come out next week) |

Yes, the application is just spray & pat - very simple if you are not trying to include a slew of other actives. As for the safety of using it, he can start to use it immediately, although I would suggest that he ask his doctor first. I would recommend that for anyone wanting to start using any topical product on post-surgical skin. But it is very healing & kills anaerobic bacteria, so it should be fine. That's my personal opintion. 
Good luck to him & please let us know the results if he decides to use the O2 Serum to help in the healing process! |

What do you mean "if he decides to use it"? As soon as the credit card flicks over to a new charge month I am just going to buy and send it to him with or without his "permission" 
Just a secondary question... you ship priority overseas right? I am a bit worried about buying and shiping this as it is the peak of summer there (Gold Coast has been over 80F every day recently...) Will the heat be a problem do you think?
Weather should start cooling off once end of Feb comes (is that right Mabsy? I have been gone too long to remember!!) so perhaps I shoudl wait a few weeks to start him off... |

Yes, we do ship Global Priority. I would not imagine that there would be any problem shipping it in the heat, as we routinely ship the O2 Serum during the summer months in the US with no problems. |
