I love Revlon New Complexion One Step Compact Foundation. I've never heard anyone mention it, and I wonder why. It actually gives me a "new complexion". Maybe people don't like it because it gives heavy coverage, but I think it looks very natural and it has never broken me out. I wear it about twice a week and for special occasions and people comment about my pretty complexion (which I DO NOT have). |

I found out about PAVES hair serum on this forum months ago and really like it. Walgreens no longer carries it. Does anyone know where to find it? I am in California and have checked at other drugstores without luck. Thanks for any info! |

Gaby, I lived in California last summer and I found out that my store Jewel in Chicago is the same company as Albertson's. They carry Paves stuff at Jewel, so you might find it at Albertson's. |

I don't love a lot of drugstore products as I generally find them either too drying, too harsh, OR too comedogenic. Also, I prefer to buy products that are cruelty-free, and not a lot of drugstore brands measure up. BUT recently I found two GREAT cruelty-free finds at the drugstore! One is Freeman's Oatmeal and Avocado Creamy Cleanser. This cleanser is probably too much for members with severely dry skin, but it's perfect for me right now because it really thoroughly cleans the oil and make up off my face without stripping it. It has a lovely creamy texture and a refreshing scent, and it was only like $3, so if anyone is looking to try a new cleanser I would definitely recommend this one. The other new find is Queen Helene's Apricot Moisture Mask. Actually it wasn't moisturizing at all, but it's a very nice, gentle clay mask with a light apricot scent. |

AVEENO CLEAR COMPLEXION FOAMING CLEANSER and AVEENO POSITIVELY RADIANT DAILY MOISTURIZER WITH SPF 15. (Both have proven beneficial for my adult/hormonal acne.) |

I guess I'd better clarify this--these products haven't "cured/helped" my acne, but rather they don't seem to "promote" acne. |

Since I've been coming here I'm not buying much at the drugstore. Some finds are the Aveeno line for sensitive skin and the one product I can't live without is Olay Cleansing cloths for sensitive skin. A new find was the Dove hand soap and Dove hand and body lotion. |

I live in Colorado and, when I stopped by my local Albertson's, they didn't carry the Paves products. I had to drive all the way to Ulta (not close to me at all) to find them. At least it was on sale when I got there! |

I love the Wet 'n Wild lipliner pencils! I only use a few colors (the one bummer is that they don't have many colors that are good for my fair skin) but they last a long time when I use them.
I also recently discovered Rimmel lipliners. I have only bought one color so far but I just love it!! It stays on well and looks very natural. The color I have is Wild Clover, I believe.
I am also currently in love with Revlon lipglosses. Cheap, not sticky and lovely colors.
Can you tell I have a thing for lip products? |
