Right on! When I run out of my hotel stash, I use produce bags from the grocery store. (Actually, the thicker ones from the bulk foods section are better ... ) |

Almay bare and repair eye makeup remover (same as Lancome Bifacil, but about $20 cheaper!)
L'oreal Voluminous mascara
Cetaphil cleanser for oily skin
clean and clear blotting pads--i LOVE these.
ShiKai body wash (from Whole Foods)--I have KP, and this is a great, gentle, non- pore clogging wash.
ALBA lip moisturizer in Coconut Cream(also from Whole Foods) |

I just read a review on haircare products, and one of the recommendations was Clairol Herbal Essence. http://beauty.about.com/od/stylingyourhair/tp/dryhairprod.htm
"6) Best Inexpensive Conditioner: Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner
Bought at any drugstor, you'll find Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner will give you salon-quality softness for a fraction of the price."
I haven't tried it. Anyone else likes Clairol? |

I've used the new formulation of Clariol Herbal Essence Conditioner. ( I wouldn't use the shampoo, though. It has SLS.) Anyway, I've used the Totally Twisted type for curly hair. I really do like it. It moisturizes my dry hair and calms frizzies without weighing my hair down. I have actually repurchased this conditioner. I honestly haven't really checked out the ingredients, so it may have some yucky chemicals in it. |

Tosca, I saw the SLS as one of the ingredients in the shampoo, too, and that was why I didn't buy it. I thought the author was recommending both shampoo and conditioner. Now that I read it again, it's only for the conditioner. So I will probably try that. |

My most recent purchase was Pantene mousse in the Curl line (I think it is new). Great stuff and I don't have curly hair but my hairdresser always uses a curl maintinance product on me and I liked the effect. |

Hi Kiki,
Do you think one has to use both PSF Browtox AND Arctic Frost to get good results?
Thank you.

OMGOSH!!!! This stuff is great! It's distributed by Walgreens and a great alternative to the Freeze 24/7, for A LOT less... It works pretty much instantly.. I can't say it's going to make every line and wrinkle go totally away, that will depend on just how bad they are...
I use it on my forehead, concentration line {between the eyes}, around my mouth {marionette lines} and on the little lines I have around my lips.. I also have deep lines and skin damage from a BAD tanning salon burn years ago.. It all but makes them disappear...
I was talking to my daughter, the first day I used it, and just casually asked if I looked any different.. She all but yelled, YES!! Of course then asked what?? I asked again and she kind of raises her voice and says you look younger! Now in all fairness, I'm no hag, LOL, and don't have a lot of lines and wrinkles, but what I have, this stuff makes the world of difference.. If it did nothing more than soften my chest area, I would have been sold..
It's a cumulative deal, so every day use would be best for ideal results.. I read somewhere, and for the life of me can't find it, it said in 2 months, 40% decrease.. But truly you see IMMEDIATE results... If you don't have a Walgreens close, you can order it online, thru their site.. And if you don't like it, Walgreens will refund...
I'm sold and refuse to ever be without it, EVER! Mary H, and I started it the same day, this past Saturday, and couldn't believe our eyes...
Mary and I also both use, the PSH, Browtox and Phyto-Lift Cranberry eye gel... I can't say enough about those 2 products either.. They are GREAT too!!!
I have only found the Ardell lash excellerator at ULTA, and it goes fast... Walgreens sell the brand, but I haven't found the lash stuff there... |

Neutrogena Instant Nail Enhancer ($6.49). Buffed sheen in a handy stick-type applicator. Dries instantly, gives nails a nice finished look. |
Love this, 2 "colors", buff and pearl. I used pearl. You can slowly build up a nice color by adding layers, 1 a day. It's recommended by derms, great for *toenails, let's nails breathe. Doesn't need to be removed with polish remover, but you can, though if you've used many coats it'll take longer.
*Neutrogena bronzer
*Revlon Skinlights foundation
*Maybelline bronzer (I got it in Europe when i dropped my old Neutrogena one, I think it's different than here. I even love it's scent )
*Cover Girl Wetslicks lipgloss
*Revlon creme eyeshadow quads
*MaryKate + Ashley cream eyeshadow quads and lipgloss
*Nivea SP15 lotion
*Neutrogena SP15 lotion
*Keri lotion
*Aveeno lotion
*Oil of Olay daily renewal cleansing clothes
*Aquaphor ointment, great for lips and hands
*Neutrogena shampoo
*Johnson's baby shampoo, lotion, and baby oil
*Huggies Natural care baby wipes, best container, lasts forever, keeps them moist, light scent. Great for makeup stains, powder cleanup on dressers.
*Degree and Secret sheer dry deodorants, "black dress approved" LOL
At Wegmans:
*Avalon organics shampoo
*California baby calendula cream
*Badger uscented ointment
*Jason's Organics stuff (been experimenting with Jason's organics Vit K cream) |

I still primarily buy at drug stores and am only a recent convert to higher end items (although I've always been an aromatherapy fiend! )
MAKEUP
Maybelline Dream Mousse eyeshadow - Tranquil Rose, Suede
Maybelline Lash by Lash mascara - no longer available
Lord & Berry waterproof eye liner pencils - no longer available around me
Lumene Gentle Eye Makeup Remover (CVS)
LIPS
Naturistics Lip Gloss
Burts' Bee lip shimmer - got this in watermelon. I don't usually like lip colors but this is subtle enhancement and looks nice
Sally Hansen Lip Inflation
Eucerin Aquaphor for lips - thanks to Carekate for her recommendation. This does not have to be reapplied often!
NAILS
Nutranail - my favorite is the once w/ calcium added
Sally Hansen nail oil
Orly Cuticle Care Complex
Neutrogena Instant Nail Enhancer - I'm another one who likes this. I had been looking for Orly's for Men for a matte look with no luck and then Neutrogena came out with this. Like both buff and pearl. Nice natural sheen. Easy to apply and no big nailpolish smell.
Revlon honeycomb nail file
SKIN CARE
Wyndmere essential oils mixed with jojoba - I get at Whole Foods - I use on my face as a moisturizer - chamomile, sandalwood, rose otto, neroli, jasmine
Kiss My Face Peaces & Cream 8% Alpha Hydroxy for face and neck
Thayer's Witch Hazel w/ no alcohol (rose)
Skin Effects eye effects - bought sample at CVS and seems to reduce the appearance of my crow's feet. I wear it for "special occasions"
Lumene Vitamin+ Energy Cocktail (CVS)
Lumene creams (CVS) - nice to try the little samples, see what works for you...
Aveeno Continuous Radiance Moisturizing Lotion (medium - self tanner)
Swisspers Cotton Rounds
Badger Balm - especially ginger lemon
HAIR
Hollywood Beauty Carrot Oil
Coconut oil
Hask Placenta No-Rinse Instant Hair Repair Treatment
Aussie Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Healing Shine Serum
John Frieda Luminous Color Glaze - Radiant Red
Herbal Essences - old formulas for dry hair - I haven't tried the new ones
Head & Shoulders Refreshing formula - I received a sample and love it - how it feels and how it is as a shampoo - I use it even though I don't have dandruff!
TEETH
Tom's of Maine toothpaste - gingermint w/ myrrh (no fluoride)
Crest vanilla mint toothpaste
MENTAL HEALTH
Bach flower remedies - love the Rescue Remedy as a spray - carry this with me!! |

I double Bach Flower Remedies!!! My best Drugstore finds are:
Alpha Hydroxy Cleanser and 12% souffle
Sally Hansen MIRACLE CURE FOR SEVERELY DRY CRACKED HANDS & NAIL GROWTH MIRACLE (sorry for the caps, I copy pasted from the Sally Hansen Site...I'm soo lazy hehe) |

The best drugstore find for me has to be Aloe Vera Gel, which is a natural and fantastic pimple/blemish gel! Natural Vitamin E oil also works wonders for dry lips and dry cuticles, only drawback being that it's kinda sticky at times |

Without a doubt:
Aveeno Intense Relief Hand Cream
Aveeno moisturizing self-tanner (amazing!)
Loreal Lash Out Mascara - does not 'bleed' and is great for contact lense wearers. Both waterproof and not are great.
Revlon Colorstay Sheer Mocha lip gloss
That's all for now |

I do love the Maybelline bronzer, though
Aslo, I can't belive I forgot my Neutrogena Silk-Touch leave-in conditioner. I use this stuff on my curly hair before Aveda's flax seed aloe gel or alone as my only styling product. |

And lunarmm reminded me about Lumene stuff at CVS. I have the arctic skin spray (not sure of its name) but great for a quick moisture vitamin spray or to set makeup. Also,Aloe vera gel and Noxzema cream, great for summer skin care. |
