I write this review because I have read so many negative things about this mascara on MUA. I got this as a gift with my last BE order from EDS, I would not have paid for this one because of the bad reviews. So guess my surprise when it turns out this is the best mascara I have ever tried! I want long, well separated lashes, I don't care so much for thick volume, and this mascara is perfect for what I want. I liked Clinique's glossy mascara before, but this is a trillion times better. If you want more volume just put on a coat or two extra. It looks natural, so natural that with this I can put mascara on the lower lashes as well, which I haven't done for some years because most mascaras have a too thick formula for me. This is a perfect mascara in every way. Thank you, EDS!!! Very Happy

Siri,

Do you curl your lashes? And if so then does this mascara hold the curl well? When I use a normal eye lash curler (as opposed to a heated one) I find that a lot of mascaras undo the effort I've put into curling my lashes. They just make my lashes go straight again.

I really like Clinique's glossy mascara as well. My current fave is the Clarins Curl one (gotta love the sleek packaging too!) and the Clinique High Impact one.

Mabsy.

Hi Mabsy,

Happy new year!

I don't curl my lashes so I can't answer your question, sorry. What I can say is that the formula of this mascara is more liquid than creamy, so my guess is that it won't ruin your curl, or at least less so than heavier mascaras. It is much lighter than Cliniques naturally glossy. The brush is a bit longer than Clinique's and I don't know the word for this, but the tip is smaller so it is easier to apply on those thinner lashes in the inner corners and on the lower lids.

I have not experienced clumping at all, but it seems that this is the complaint from others (MUA). I can't understand how they get clumps from this mascara, BE has either changes the formula, or the reviewers must have a weird application tecnique Surprised
