Has anyone tried the NEW L'Oreal - AcneResponse Adult Acne Peel kit?

| Hi thatgirl, I just purchased this kit last week and I like it. My skin seems smoother, cleaner and healthier. It also seems like it's trying to lighten my acne scars already like it said it's supposed to be doing within 4 weeks though. I will update you in 4 weeks and let you know how everythings going if you haven't purchased it by then. |

Let me know if causes any more breakouts etc.
Also, would it make you skin more senative to the sun? |

I reluctantly purchased this product, since I was having an awful acne response to my new Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation. At any rate, the products did little to remedy the situation. In fact, they felt a bit oily/heavy on my skin. What a let down.
What did help, however, was a combination of various drugstore products. Exfoliate with Neutrogena Deep Clean Scrub (which is oil free and has Glycoloic Acid). Followed by cleansing with Oxy Clean Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser (it comes in a tall bottle, no scent). Followed by Neutrogena glycolic acid toner (in the blue and white bottle). Followed by spot treatment with Clearasil Ultra acne treatment cream.
My skin is FINALLY on the mend (though I don't want to jinx it.) I especially love the Neutrogena glycolic acid toner. This seems to fade past acne bouts. |
