Hi! Not sure if this is the one your referring to, but I've been using the SkinMedica TNS Illuminating eye cream for a couple of months now. I like that it instantly brightens up the undereye area (probably has those light diffusing particles) but I don't see any long-term lightening effects. It does moisturize nicely, though, and hasn't caused any milia  . hth |
