and I need it to be completely OIL-FREE and also NO Vit. E, my skin hates Vit. E.
Glycerin is OK.
Wanting it to be hopefully 100% natural ingredients, not even a trace of synthetics.
Everything I'm finding has Vit. E in it if it's organic/natural, as I guess they use this as a preservative.
Vit. C reddens/irritates my skin, so I need something effective as Vit. C.
Hoping to find something either less than $30 or something I can find on ebay for not more than $30.
Remember, Oil-free, NO Vit. E and No Vit. C - and Natural. Is there anything??
Thanks. |

You might want to consider pomegranate seed oil, grapeseed oil, rose hip oil....They are all high in antioxidant potential and completely pure/natural. See gardenofwisdom.com and fromnaturewithlove.com. |

thanks so much for those websites, I'll look at them. But I'm pretty sure oils of all kinds break me out, I've tried different oils from the health food stores that are "pure" supposedly and I end up getting cysts, I think I've tried the grapeseed oil. I've tried Jojoba oil, and a few others. My skin just always breaks out badly with oils.
So, I may have to either get a product that isn't all natural or see if I can tolerate a tiny bit of Vit. E that's in the product.
Thanks so much for the suggestions, I'm still gonna look at those websites. |

Check out the Replenix CF Serum perhaps (Green Tea 90% Polyphenol Isolates serum)? I haven't tried it yet but will be shortly (I hope) - I'm planning on using this with Photolagen (which might be another good one to check out but I'm not sure how it fits with your ingredient reqs).
The ingredients for the Replenix are: Purified Water, Caffeine USP, 90% Polyphenol Isolate of Camellia sinensis Leaf, Sodium Haluronate, Bisabolol, Cucumis sativus (Cucumber) Extract, Chamomilla recutitia (Chamomile) Extract, Triethanolamine, Polysorbate 20, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Tetrasodium EDTA. |

Thanks |

I think Murad has some serum that don't have Vit C in them...I use the cellular rplenishing serum (with HA) when my skin needs an extra boost of moisture. Had a slight breakout after, but can't be sure what is was caused by Will probably try a Dermalogica booster next, as Dermalogica products seem to agree with my skin |

I already have one but it came damaged so I am looking around for another place to get it from in the future. I see that they sell them on eBay for US$45 and this includes postage to Australia. There's also DermStore but they sell it for $53 + postage. |

Oh, I just remembered another one! Dianna Yvonne makes a nice Rooibos serum - rooibos is a very powerful antioxidant (I highly recommend drinking rooibos tea as well) |

A really great serum that will not break you out is to use Copper Peptides. You can find this from different places, Dr. Loren Pickart invented this, and can be bought under the Neova brand name, and a lot of different brand names. It works better than vitamin C and vitamin A to rebuild the skin, and helps with scars, strengthens and tightens skin, and evens out skin tone as well. I use it everyday and it is not irritating, though I would start out slow so your skin can adjust to it since it might be a bit drying at first, though it won't peel the skin. Also you might want to try a vitamin C serum that is very low dose, I don't know what strength or brand you have tried, but I know some stuff is very strong, since it is an acid, and I use a dose of 15%, and use just a little bit so I don't get red and irritated. Also vitamin E is something that I don't think most people tolerate too well, I hate the stuff to use topically as it has burned, irritated and broke out my skin. Yucky. You may also want to try using some light-weight creams such as Jason's vitamin A creme to give you the antioxidants without breaking out your skin. Also a little bit of emu oil over the top or mixed in with a serum works very well at night, it helps it to sink into the skin so the serum goes deeper into the dermis where it can do its beauty work without sitting on the epidermis where it could burn and irritate. Emu oil won't break out the skin like all of the other numerous oils I've used (and I've used just about everything there is), it is identical to the natural sebum (oils) in human skin, so it sinks in very well, almost like water with a little bit of oil in it, like normal skin oil. Just make sure you buy the cosmetic/pharmeceutical grade and fully refined so it's free of any impurities and other stuff, as well as make sure it does not use vitamin E as a preservative. I use emu and it is a great serum in itself as it has tons of skin building ingredients in it and is lightweight and will not cause breakouts or irritate skin. In fact, it actually helps to soothe skin, as it is an anti-inflammatory, unlike vitamin E which causes inflammation (redness, burning, irritation) in a lot of individuals. |
