I have been using bare escentuals and liking it but sometimes my skin feels slightly dry (even though i dont have dry skin). What other makes are good i like the nice lustre the BE gives me as i dont like a matte finish. |

Hi... if you are really interested in mineral makeup, you should go to this forum
http://forums.delphiforums.com/mineralmania
they have all sorts of information that you need about mineral makeup.
As for me, I tried mojave. I like it so far. it gives me a matte finish.
I also have aromaleigh samples and everydaymineral samples that I have not tried. Hm... maybe I will try them in the next couple of days and let you know how it is.
For mojave and aromaleigh, you can purchase samples (thats what I did). Everydayminerals gives out free foundation samples (you just have to pay for shipping-thats also what I did).
Hope this helps |

I think I remember reading somewhere that with mineral powder you do need to apply more moisturiser than you normally would first. |

I have/had dry skin and used BE and now I am loving Physicians Formula for $9.99, the loose minerals. The color is better than BE which was too yellow and it is not drying on me. |

I was a BE girl for many years. Recently switched to Pure Luxe. LOVE it! Lots of colors to choose from and hate to use the word Cheap, Value Priced samples (usually a $1.25 a piece) Samples go a long way. Really gives you an idea of what works for you without taking the deep financial plunge. Customer Service is tremendous and quick shipping. They also have a message board with alot of other PL users with lots of helpful tips and hints.
Good luck on your search!! |
