Yes, I bought this a few months ago though so far I've only used this twice so far 'coz I've been trying to finish off some other masks. I can answer you questions though.
The mask is white and looks like a light moisturising cream in texture. You apply it to dry clean skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes depending on skin sensitivity. You need to make sure that you avoid putting it on your eyebrows and hair-line because of the hydrogen peroxide in it (it lightens hair). I don't know if there is enough in it to really affect your hair colour but hey, if the instructions say avoid hair then I'm not going to argue with them  Smell-wise, it doesn't have a pleasant smell but then again it's not offensive either.
My skin is pretty resiliant to stuff so I left this on for 10 minutes when I tried it. I can't comment on long term effects because I haven't used enough of it yet but immediately after I used this I could tell the difference between the areas of the skin that were not treated to the mask. The skin that had the mask on was very pale (short term though; no need to worry ) whereas the rest (so the bits around my eyebrows and eyes for example) were 'normal' skin colour. Afterwards I got the impression that my pores were less visible as were the blackheads (I used the mask after exfoliation though).
Btw, I don't think this mask is suitable for sensitive skins.
