Are you supposed to use moisturizer before using makeup primer? |

Hi jamie,
I have dry skin and I do apply moisturizer before primer. I wait several minutes before applying the primer, to allow the moisturizer to sink into my skin. |

It depends on your skin and primer... If you have dry skin, and your primer does not moisturize, then yes...
So try both ways, with or without moisturizer before primer, and see which one your skin likes better... |
