Hi Lorrapaw,
You can but I would think that it would be more effective to use the cream concealer first and then use the MMU.
Much depends upon the type of cream concealer as well. I don't use one ... but if I want a little heavier coverage in one area, I will mix the MMU with either moisturizer or aloe vera ... and dab it on. Once it dries it will blend easily into the surrounding MMU.
As for under eye circles, I don't have a problem with them myself, but I would think that using something that would "brighten" the area [something pink ... or light mauve?] under your MMU would work better ... no?
Why would you want to use the cream concealer after you had applied MMU?

Lorrapaw might have a different reason, but I also conceal after applying foundation. I find that the concealer rubs off when I apply it before foundation. I think makeup artists call this technique "re-concealing." I don't use MMU so I've never had to worry about mixing textures. |

Yes, you can. The trick is pat the concealer on, intead of rubbing.
I personally use concealer under MMU, because that's because I have a yellow conceal for dark eye circle, and it looks kind of strange and obvious when applied over MMU... |
