I recommended Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer,it's excellect, you could purchase it on EDS.
Description
Your full-coverage insurance policy against all fading, creasing, melting, blurring, oil-slicked and hard-to-blend eye shadow accidents. Our silicone-based eyeshadow primer transforms any eye shadow into a perfectly blendable, color-drenched, intensified version of itself, then locks it down perfectly until you take it off. Our skin soothing formula evens out the skin tone on your lids and smoothes out lines while it secures a barrier between the oils of your skin and your makeup, so no shadow catastrophes will ever happen again. |

Maybe you can use oil control gel on your eyelid before makeup. It can reduce oil all day. |

The Benefit eyeshadow base (the name escapes me right now) is perfect for oily eyelids, but I have also found that applying too much will cause eyelid dryness!
I have also used mac paints as a base (bare canvas) and loved lancomes colour doses in montego beige (although now discontinued, you can still score GWP sized tubes on Ebay.) |

Before applying any shadows prep your eyelids. Apply a primer, foundation and powder. Then apply eyeshadow. This really helps since the eyeshadow will have something to grip on rather than the oily skin. |

My eyelids have always been too oily for eye shadow, unless I prime them. L'Oreal used to make a wonderful primer, and I mourned when I couldn't find it anymore. Since then, I've learned to do it myself by first dusting on powder lightly, then a thin coat of concealer, let it dry and then brush on Estee Lauder's Double Wear cake powder. It might sound like a lot of trouble, but it takes like 15 seconds, and my eye shadow stays where I put it without ending up in a crease. |

I use to have the same problem, as I have aged... uhmmmm... it has been less. I learned a trick from some models and makeup artists that does help. Rimmel makes a face powder, the kind in a compact that absorbs oil. They use it to brush on the eyelid first, then apply your eyeshadow. Try it sometime, it might help you! |

Where has this thread been hiding, I always thought I was alone in this oily eyelid deal, and I have normal skin! LOL
The Benefit Lemon Aid works for me, but every body's different! |

Another vote for the Urban Decay primer, here! I like the shimmery one best.
Also love urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliners. They really stay put. |

Mirenesse have a new eyeliner out - it's a new "peel off" formula that's supposed to last for 24 hours.

My eye makeup always ends up in big splotches underneath my eyes which really frustrates me. I gaze longingly at those girls whose makeup is so pristine. I've tried every product under the sun plus all the primers and I still end up with panda eyes. I've just ordered a free sample of the Mirenesse eye primer (along with the eyeliner) - if they're any good I'll let you know because I am the ultimate challenge. |

on the off chance that 'everything under the sun' doesn't include concealers, i suggest make up forever's "full cover" concealer. it's some heavy-duty stuff. i use a bit as primer when i'm not going for a shimmery effect with my UD primer. |

I haven't worn e/s most of my life for this very problem. I now wear Bobbi Brown long wear cream e/s and gel e/l. MUFE also has long wear e/s, and I like Stila and MUFE waterproof eye pencils for not smudging. |

I have this same oily lid problem. Urban Decay is by far the best for keeping shadow on. Specifically, the Edun primer potion. Good luck! |
