Im looking for a good cleanser for dry-normal skin that is prone to breakouts. Any suggestions? I already have Dr. H CC but am looking for something different, maybe a milk cleanser that wont cause breakouts. I checked out the Sothy's line, i've never used it before but it is any good? |

The Yonka Lait Nettoyant Cleansing Milk is lovely, I used a sample of this during the winter when my skin went quite dry, would highly recomend. Took all my make-up off with ease and feels so light on the skin.
Also did not cause any breakouts!! |

If you like Dr H CC then what about the cleansing milk in the same line? I quite like this and it won't leave you skin feeling dry at all.

I have used Dr H cleansing Milk in the past. Can't say that it helped with my adult acne, but it certainly didn't aggravate it. Its a lovely cleanser that wont dry out your skin. |

I understand Sothy's is very fragranced, not sure if this would bother you. I agree with Rosebud that Yonka's Lait Cleanser is very nice and it is one of fav's I can't really recommend any others as I am not very "break out" prone. Hope you find something you like |

^ i've tried dermalogica cleansers and have only liked the Ultra-calming cleanser. The other cleansers were too harsh on my skin and dried it up, even the Dermalogica cleansing gel. Im not such a big fan of dermalogica.. i have their microfiliant but that also seems to be drying for my skin type. |

I know many people have been giving good response on Dove facial bar soap. But, I cant find one in my country. So, I use Neutragena Extra Gentle Cleanser now, pretty good. |

I'd like to second the Cleanse and Polish for this skin type - quite similar to my own and C&P has been a godsend to me.
I also have the Murad Clarifying Cleanser which is ace at spot zapping but I can't use it all over my face or for too long as it can really dry my skin out (although this is only based on Winter use, it may be able to withstand it in the Summer). At the moment I use cleanse and polish and then follow up with a quick wash of Murad, purely on my chin and jawline area where I tend to break out. So far this is working nicely
Also, if you fancy treating yourself, a really luxurious option (that shouldn't break you out) is the Decleor Cleanser and Toner. I have the ones for normal skin and they both smell gorgeous and have a light, fluid texture. I like to use these if I'm giving myself a full facial treatment and would highly recommend these for dehydrated skin.
Hope that helps, let us know how you get on!

I bought this brand last month. It is the extra gentle, sensative formulation and I totally dislike it. I found it smelled like a form of medicine and left my skin feeling dry. On a good note, it did a very good job removing all the sunblock off my face, including my foundation.
I don't plan to repurchase. I am tring to get rid of this cleanser and now, I am using it as a hand wash soap. |
