We are faithful customers of essentialdayspa.com.All of us love products of cellx-c and skin ceuticals.After using cellex-c fade away gel a week, our spots on face are almost gone and the skin become lighter than before.Before we go outside,we will use the sunscreen products of cellex-c or skin ceuticals to protect our face and body.Every time when we order,Magda would give us samples to try and solve all the problems we met.We like her service and her products.Hope all the customers will use the best products by this net!!

I would like to say thank you for your speedy delivery. I've placed the order and its been processed, shipped and arrived all the way, cross the great pacific ocean in just a week! Of course with a whole collection of various brand of eye skin products samples that I've just made in little remark during my purchase. I just couldn't believe it. I used to be with essential day spa once while I was living in Canada and it was not bad. I just couldn't imagine I could have as prompt response here in Hong Kong where there is 12 hours time differences! This is definitely excellent customer service. I enjoyed my gift opening process alot (boy,its not Christmas morning....)Thanks! Very Happy

I order on a Thursday night and the parcel (with samples too!) arrives on Tuesday morning - quicker than ordering within the UK. Fantastic people fantastic service - will be ordering again this week. Hi! I believe that EDS always includes requested samples if they have them. The reason why you didn't get the samples that you requested is probably because they just didn't have any of those particular samples on hand. EDS has been great with me about giving out samples with orders. I feel like I am in sample heaven whenever I receive an EDS order Rolling Eyes

Just to add my 2 cents...I was delighted with my last EDS order when it included the DeCleor sample I had requested and I had also mentioned that I need dry skin products so some other products specifically for my skin type were also included. Its so great being able to try new products before making the "investment." Thanks Very Happy

I am so glad I got my purchases with no complications as it's the first time I have ordered with Essential Day Spa from overseas and had been a bit worried about ordering over the internet. After going out of town for the weekend I arrived home to see my package waiting for me...cool! and only 7 days after placing the order WOW!!!

The prices are so much less than retail in my country, that even with shipping and just ordering one product it is still a substantial saving.

I just received my order, very prompt! I live in Australia and waited less than a week.

Not only did I obtain my two products in undamaged boxes, but I also received a giant MD Moisture Defence Anti-Oxidant Spray and Soothing Eye Gels free of charge! Furthermore, I received several free samples from the MD range.
