When I'm on Obagi, I flake and have to stop for a few days before an event or whatever so I don't look like a freak. I've stopped several days ago and have a dinner with my husband's employees and associates this evening and have to get that last bit of dead skin off. Otherwise I'll be very self-conscious about it.
I need something gentle but effective b/c I use Retin A. I just need to be able to run out TODAY and pick something up before I get ready tonight.

| I tried a sample of Bobbi Brown's exfoliating grains which I like very much. You add the grains to your cleanser. I've tried a lot of exfoliants-gentle & otherwise-including the dermalogica daily one which is also nice. What I like about the BB one is the fact that I add it to my cleanser and I can control the amound of exfoliation depending on the amount of grains I pour out. Skin feels very soft afterwards. Also, you can pick it up & not wait for shipping... |

I like Ground almonds for gentle exfolition also sugar.
Oh and asprin Mask!!
Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant gets excellent reviews too  |

| Queen Helene Oatmeal n' Honey scrub is great, very gentle and inexpensive. The scrubbing grains are tiny. Also, St. Ives Hydroxy masque is a good exfoliant. Fights wrinkles, too! |

I totally agree. Queen Helene facial scrubs are amazing and gentle. I love the Mint Julep and the Cocoa Butter scrubs. |

That St. Ives Apricot Scrub is brutal. I would never apply that on my face again. |

Dermalogica Microfoliant for physical exfoliation.
For a chemical exfoliant, try something with papaya or pineapple enzymes. Zia has a papaya mask that's quite gentle. |

Oil of Olay - Total Effects cleanser (this has tiny scrubby bits in it). I really liked it when I tried it a few years back. I'm not sure if they still make it though  |

| I like the Queen Helena and also the homemade Dr. H using ground almonds I've also use my macadamia nut flour which is softer and oilier. |
