I have some red lines~on my cheek. I think it is caused by break of capillaries. How to solve this problem. Any good products can recommend?

I heard that Sothys has a product called
Sothys Clearness Serum. Anyone has used this before? Can it release the capillaries problem ??

Janice,

The only thing that I have heard of for getting rid of spider veins is vitamin k. It's supposed to be good for fading broken capillaries, bruises and also skin discolorations, etc. Peter Thomas Roth Power K Skin Brightener is the closest thing that I can think of that you should perhaps try. I have not tried it myself. I have used vitamin K creams before on the spider veins on my legs, but with limited success. The particular cream I had was to be applied twice a day after a warm shower. I just kept forgetting to do it.... So I never used it regularly enough to find out what the results are like.

Janice,

I have tried the Clearness Serum but I only used it for about 2 weeks (it was from a GWP pack) and I didn't have any broken capillaries on my face to begin with. However, I was under the impression from reading about the serum that it's supposed to strengthen weak capillaries as opposed to fading ones that are already broken. I'm not too sure about this though, perhaps it's best if you contact the spa and ask for a clarification...?

I have the same thing, across the bridge of my nose, and a little spot on my upper cheek. I don't want to use evasive methods carried out in a Dermotologists office, and I don't have alot of money. Has anyone tried something and it truly got rid of the veins?

Hi There,

I have tried Sothy's clearness serum. I bought it when I was having alot of redness on my face. It did help to clear up that redness, but I have one broken capillary on my cheek that did not change at all. I would say that it did make my skin less likely to get the broken capillaries. I also never did get the redness, that I think was an allergic reaction to something. I would purchase it again , though its quite expensive.

Hope that helps,
Becky

You can have a saline solution injected into the vein and that will dry up the blood and make itdisappear. Also you can have a doctor use a laser on it. Neither of these are supposed to cause any scaring.

The injections work pretty well though I'm not sure how they would work on the face. I've had them done on my legs and they worked well but you have to wear heavy compression afterwards to help the veins close up. Not sure how they get around that for the face. I still think the best bet for trying to fade them is stuff with vit K.

I've had V Beam laser done for my dilated capillaries on my cheeks and nose last month. It is expensive but the redness has faded some and have one more treatment next week. The Eris line has products for this but never used them. I am curious about Sothy's now to keep the caps away.
